Which age groups is the ticket for?

The ticket is sold at a fixed price, regardless of age group.

How to buy the ticket?

• The ticket can be purchased in the AKT Billett-app (ticket app). See information on how to buy the Flexiticket.
• The ticket can be purchased on the travel card at one of our customer centers (see the overview of AKT customer centers).

Where can you travel with the Flexiticket?

You can travel with the FlexiTicket in the municipalities of Kristiansand, Vennesla, Lillesand, Birkenes, and Iveland.

How to travel with the Flexiticket on the bus?

FlexiTicket in the AKT Billett-app (ticket app)

• You must "validate" the Flexiticket before boarding the bus.
• You do not need to show the ticket to the driver when boarding in Kristiansand/Vennesla (just take a seat), and you can use the rear door when boarding the bus. On buses that only have front-door boarding within Kristiansand, you must show the ticket's control screen to the driver to prove that a Flexiticket trip has been purchased for the correct date/time.
• Always be prepared for a ticket inspection, so you must "validate" a trip before boarding the bus.

Flexiticket on the travel card

• If you have the new Flexiticket on the travel card, you must always board the bus through the front door and scan the ticket on the card reader by the driver. 
• This applies to all buses, whether boarding is allowed through both doors or only the front door.
