Customer centres

The customer service centres sell travelcards (bus card) and provide travel information for all bus lines in both the Agder counties. The customer service centres provide information on lost property from the bus companies running in the respective areas.

Agder kollektivtrafikk is on the move


From March 9, 2026, Agder kollektivtrafikk (AKT) will have a new location. From this date, the administration will be located at Kirkegata 11c, 4611 Kristiansand. On March 16, our customer center in Kristiansand will move to the same address.
